It had beds, roof, bathroom. Nothing else matched the description.

Confusing, incomplete and wrong check in instruction given. Spent two hours trying to locate the correct carpark after incorrect instruction received. Called the manager who gave different instructions, went there still wrong place, then they sent a map to another wrong parking lot - then said no parking was included with this apartment. I know Christch city super well - grew up there so would hate to think what it would be like for others. Needed up costing an extra $70 in parking for our stay. Pictures showed apartment had a dartboard which hubby needed for his practice for his darts comp - arrived and dartboard had been removed so had to spend $300 on a mobile set up. Manager completely u raised offered no refund or apologies.

It was great that it was walking distance to the CBD and lots of lovely cafes.

That the information about the free carpark was not right and it took us a long time to find it. You said it wasn’t in a Wilson carpark but it was, there was no where to put in any codes and there were no numbers for the carpark. So your information needs to be upgraded. Also you said that when you scan the QR code you will get detailed instructions but you get nothing about the carpark. I have added some photos of the carpark.

Läget var mycket bra! Bra att parkeringen ingår men mycket krångel för att få det att fungera.

Mycket gnisslande och knarrande säng. Oerhört usel och motsägelsefull information om parkeringen. Ingen verkade veta vad som gäller. För utländska turister är det värt att notera att man behöver internet-uppkoppling för att registrera parkeringen.
