llegué al horario acordado y tuve que esperar 1 hora porque no había recepción y nadie contestaba. muchos mosquitos

My stay at Casa de Matias was a complete nightmare. First of all, the smell is unbearable - the property is located right in front of an open street sewer, and the stench of sewage and dampness fills the rooms. There is visible mold, and the humidity made it impossible to breathe, causing me a sore throat. The owner, Matias, is dishonest. I had to leave early because of the terrible conditions, and he refused to refund my money for the unused nights, effectively stealing from me. The photos are a lie - the place is poorly maintained and lacks basic amenities like consistent hot water. Save your money and your health - DO NOT stay here! Titulo: ¡CUIDADO! Primero, el olor es insoportable; la propiedad está ubicada justo frente a un alcantarillado abierto en la calle, y el hedor a cloaca y humedad inunda las habitaciones. Hay moho visible y la humedad hacía imposible respirar, causándome dolor de garganta. El dueño, Matias, es deshonesto. Tuve que irme antes debido a las terribles condiciones y él se negó a devolverme el dinero de las noches no utilizadas, robándome prácticamente. Las fotos son una mentira; el lugar está mal mantenido y carece de servicios básicos como agua caliente constante. ¡Ahorre su dinero y su salud. NO se hospede aquí!

Downtown location is good. It’s a compact studio with kitchen. Lady next door (who gives the keys) is very friendly but speaks only Spanish.

My studio was at the street level. Since the window had only slatted cover it was a bit unsafe as a solo female at night. Shower room was really really really small.

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos, il fallait que je paie plus chère pour avoir celle correspondant aux photos.

La Sra.Carmen ha sido encantadora y siempre a disposición, una maravilla de mujer. Todo muy muy limpio, buena ubicación y estancia perfecta y económica. Gracias Sra.Carmen por ser como es!!! GRACIAS CASA MATIAS!!!!!

Bagno davvero troppo piccolo, senza lavabo.
