The location-it's such a noisy place! First there are two construction sites and endless motorcycles passing by your window. Ok, nobody can blame the Landlord for that reason.

it was on a bad street next to a liquor store. many drunks making noise and being violent all night. expect people to be banging on your windows all the time asking for money

They raised the price and demanded cash when we showed up with all of our luggage and no ride or anywhere to go

"Would Return"

Drinking water supplied. Lots of sockets and well lit. Modern, secure and safe. Ideal for travelers with a useful kitchenette.

Bath towel would have been useful. A lot of road noise not helped by the building site opposite. Stayed upstairs last year which is the better of the 2.
