Casa De Matias

It's near to the beach, I feel secure walk in the night, from house to the disco, have small stuff for kitchen, and this makes good economic to cooking in the apartment, the señora it's so good person, helpful in everything , she it's near for anything you need, really I love this cute apartment....

Nice kitchen with Gas Cooktop..shelving with all the essentials but too much plastic..and good cups , dishes in porcelain , in stoneware..2 plates were actually..a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the town shops..

Getting there..up hills, down hill..I cement felt like rolling in ze back of a Cement mixer...the moto. Concha used the get, flatter road heading east and retren had position by way of the highway to the bus departed place..an adventure

The host was extremely helpful, friendly and flexibel. Everything was like described or even better. Perfect stay!

The entrance to the room is directly from the street, as if a person were on the sidewalk. Hear a lot of noise (motorcycles) from the street. Water only cold. Once the water did not flow for about an hour.

It was comfortable and okay for one night.

I didn’t imagine it was gonna be on the ground floor so close to the street :’) I thought I was gonna have access to the rooftop anyways but I didn’t. So yeah, I totally recomend you book the one with terrace. I assume it’s much more intimate and spacious. Also I have the feeling that the woman overcharged me.

The location beside a noisy street and two construction sites - of course, nobody can blame the Landlord for this inconvenience.
