Villas Najo' Isla Mujeres.

The caretakers were great and friendly, however they did not speak much English. The location is great and the views are spectacular. Room was clean.

The bed was very hard. The towels were old with strings and snags all over them. The bedspread had holes and was very worn. The patio door was very hard to open and lock. I stayed here two years ago so I wanted to stay there again. I think the place is getting really expensive for the island.

The location is so beautiful - oceanfront with breathtaking views! Its far enough away from the busy north part of the island but close enough to easily get to playa norte.

There were a few quirks - the sliding door lock mechanisms are very rusted and need replacing. Obviously a downside of being so close to the ocean! Nice that there was a safe, but the lock mechanism was loose/finnicky…strange to have to use (and carry around/keep track of actual keys for the 2 front doors, sliding back door and the safe. Minor things, though. Overall an excellent property!!

Loved the location, close to town and ferry, 5 min. Very quiet, fabulous private beach and the pool was outside our door! Just beautiful. Loved having the kitchen for breakfast and snacks and a full size fridge for drinks. They had Netflix, Prime, Youtube etc so good for that. Good air-conditioning, hot water for showers, parking for golf cart. We would stay again.

The bed was good, ok for hubby but too firm for me. My hips were bothering me. I asked twice for a foam topper but didnt get one. Suggestions - They need a " Villas Najo" sign as even the taxi driver had to phone to make sure he was at the right place. Need bigger garbage cans. Especially in the bathroom as you have to throw away all toilet paper on the island & it gets changed every 3 days. Maybe with a lid too. Most people are not used to this. Would be nice to have some info with restaurants and groceries in area as we got in late. Luckily its only a block away.

The place is little dated and the space is not used the best

Location was fabulous. The amount of space we had was great. The views and the pool were awesome. Everything worked including fridge, stove, microwave and coffee pot.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Others staying at this location also shared this with us. The kitchen could stand to be better equipped.
