The property is right in front of the ocean, you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the bed and wake up to the song of the sea! The host was very responsive!

This property is all about the location. If you love crashing waves and sea breeze this property is for you! It is breathtaking.If you are looking for a sandy swimming beach, this property is not for you, but Norte is a short golf cart ride away. We loved the big fridge and kitchenette. Nice big shower, and dipping pool for those hot days.

The beds and pillows need to be updated. We have stayed here twice in the last 6 months in 2 different units. Both my husband and I didn’t get one restful nights sleep. Also, only had time for a two minute or less warm shower.

The view out the door was amazing as was the pool overlooking the water. It wasn't busy so we felt like we had it to ourselves. The hammocks were nice to relax in as well. The bed was comfortable. Location was quiet and not too far from the main town are or other smaller areas. We had a very lovely stay overall. Kitchen was good. The fridge was very cool with an ice maker you could use using the water provided in the accommodation.

The sliding patio door was rotting out and VERY hard to open. I was worried about a pulled back from opening it, it was that difficult. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom (not in the kitchen or where the couch was). When we arrived, we had trouble figuring out where we were supposed to go or finding someone to check us in as there is no "reception" are. During check-in, our low drinking water level was noted and they told us to call when we ran out. When we ran out (Late Saturday night, we notified them on a Sunday morning) they told us no one was available to help us and it took until the evening (and many messages) to get more water brought out to us.

The apartment was nice, but the furniture was dated, and the bed was very uncomfortable, Booking.com told us it was sold out but we were the only one out of the eight units, I guess this is the tactic they use to do marketing.

The service, we just wanted to swap our beach towels or to use the dryer they had to dry them but did not accommodate us in this request. The answer they gave us was that we could change towels after 3 days, what a dumb answer, after three days we were leaving. LOL

The location was perfect for anyone looking to stay out of the hectic downtown area but be close enough for a short golf card ride. The property in right on the beach and some of the best restaurants are in this area.

Stunning view of beach from bedroom. We had a ground floor unit so just walked out the door to pool and beach. Very spacious and clean. We liked location however it is a rocky beach which is not easy to swim in but stunning. It is a 35 minute walk into ‘Centre” of Isla Mujeres and North Beach Or 100 peso 5m taxi ride. Shops located close by, and brewery too. It was excellent to have a big water provided! Great communication from host and early check in possible which was excellent.

Would have been nice to have some coffee/tea/basic condiments for cooking provided.
