Villas Najo' Isla Mujeres.

Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars on the southern part of the island. Staff was always present on site and very friendly. They really maintain this property well.

The property was a challenge to find as there wasn't any signage when we arrived. it was installed several days later. We had to contact the property to alert them we were at the front and hoped it was the right place. Once they met us all went smoothly.

The property was new and modern with large rooms including a fully equipped modern lovely kitchen. The view of the ocean from the room and the patio are amazing. Good internet, good air-conditioning unit - overall a very comfortable stay.

Location by the sea. Lovely sound of crashing surf to go to sleep to. Small but immaculate pool. Spacious accommodation, comfortable king size bed. Good loungers on the beach and nice table and chairs on the patio. Kitchen workable but a tiny bit basic for someone like me who cooks on vacation. Excellent fridge and 2 burner induction stove. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Staff were delightful. 7-8 mins outside the centre by taxi. 100 pesos and quite a fee drive by. 900 meters to Chedraui. Booze sales on the island shut down at 5 on Sundays. Be warned! No leftover basics in the kitchen so bring or buy salt,sugar, oil etc. a really good stay

This is a great place to stay - you can walk to town and the the main beaches in 25 mins, but not have the hustle and bustle of the noisy downtown area at night. Taxis are very easy to get. The are a number of restaurants locally that you can walk to, and the supermarket (Chedrui) is 15 minute walk - the walk felt quite safe, as it passes local houses and businesses. Our hosts were very responsive to any needs that arose, and it was quiet at night - we especially liked the sound of the surf with the sliding door open. There are lounges and hammocks available - did not use the pool as the water in it was quite cold.

Hot water in the shower was too short! Note: there is no real beach at the villas - its rocky and water is a bit rough - and its always windy.

No decorations inside such as pictures, plants, a few knic knacks. Felt very sterile and plain. Hardly any utensils in kitchen. Only 1 very large knife and it was very dull.

Away from the busy central area. Very clean and functional. Responsive owners. Great view of the water. Walkable to Playa Norte and points south. Near the local brew pub and breakfast cafes.

A living area to sit and relax with chairs/sofa would be nice for those rainy days when you don't get out much.

Wonderful view and very private. We enjoyed the beach area . Convenient to both ends of the island.

There wasn’t any place to lounge by the pool, but not a big deal.
