Villas Najo' Isla Mujeres.

Location was beautiful and a 25 min walk or short taxi ride to north beach. Pool was lovely, overlooking the sea. Bedroom was spacious with very good air con. Quiet and peaceful stay and communication by hosts was good.

Minor improvements could make the accommodation perfect. It would be helpful to have wall hooks for hats/bags etc and to have as lid on the bathroom bin. The towels and bedding were worn (but all clean).

The view is stunning, with endless surf, gentle tropical breezes and very few people around. Lots of time to watch the iguanas bobbing their heads and the frigate birds floating by in the sky. The pool was an ideal temperature, and the palapa provided perfect shade for ocean gazing. There are also hammocks and loungers. An unexpected bonus was that drinking water was provided plentifully! Staff were super friendly.

The only slight disadvantage is that it's a bit difficult to find, because there's no sign! But once you're here...

Beautiful view and quiet. We visited in first week of May and I don't believe that many of the villas were occupied. Had the pool to ourselves. The villas has a the basics to make meals, toaster, microwave and stovetop, NO Oven. You are provided with one bath towel and one beach towel for the week, but the host changed them out at our request mid-week.

Can't swim in the ocean behind the villas, too rocky. Can't walk the beach at all either. Just a little in the area behind the villas. No ice maker, only trays so I was constantly making ice and trying to store it up.

It was beautiful waking up to the view of the ocean. There is not much of a beach nor pool.

It is rather isolated. There was no place to be other than the bedroom or kitchen. I believe that it was too expensive. We were booked at another hotel but changed because of personal references and it was twice as expensive.

Could not go swimming in the sea right out the room.

The location was just far enough outside of town to be quiet and relaxing. Gorgeous view of the sunrise and sunset. Loved walking along the beach (in sandals, it's very rocky) to find sea glass and shells. Easy to call or grab a taxi on the main street. Great pool for sunny mornings and the outdoor shower was a plus!

Amenities are fairly non-existent. Basic kitchen equipment, one roll of toilet paper and a small, uncovered trash can to throw it all in. We were there 4 nights and there was no cleaning of the room or disposal of any trash- I believe they said every 3 days your room was supposed to be cleaned. Also, a small light in the bedroom for reading would have been appreciated.
