Kokopelli farm

The spacious house/cottage we had to ourselves, 3 massive bedrooms, ample siiting, dinning and kitchen area, fire place, braai area and Lemon and Orange trees. Rooms are stacked with books - what a collection. Very quiet and the ducks always quacking

We connected and please do not add TVs do not as it will take away the cut away experience from the City.

Not clean.

A little off grid wood cabin in the bush - kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Pretty view, amazing sunsets and lovely hiking trail. In winter the fireplace is cosy. Not our first time, and surely not our last time. Just the place to escape the city and recharge in nature for the weekend.

The Cottage is in need of a little TLC - especially the decor & the furniture needs new upholstery for sure. Yet, it is completely comfortable.

This property is a hidden gem. It is nested in nature surrounded by what feels like endless space to explore. There are several hiking trails from your back yard where after just a couple of steps you will find yourself immersed in the sounds of nature with an undercurrent of silence.

The dirt roads on entry are a bit tough for a small city vehicle however to be fair we entered after rain storm which added to the muddy complexity and had no significant issues just needed to apply caution.
