"Extremely poor overpriced u der maintained residence living off past reputation."

Elevator instead of walking up stairs.

All bedrooms and bathroom had extensive mould growth and odor. Exhaust fan did not extract air due to incorrectly fitted grills leaving bathroom continually wet after showering. Wifi was extremely poor not enabling TV Netflix to be watched. No bottled drinking water and heater remotes were removed and wanted 1000 rupees for heater. This contradicted the Booking.com advertisement and remotes were eventually provided without charge. The water heating took 30 minutes to heat and the second shower they went cold.

"Nice, heated apartment"

Nice, new, heated apartment (owners beware of moisture and mold) in an apartment complex. We were received by Mr. Kasun. Communication with the owner is very responsive. Everything is fine, I recommend renting.

Excellent stay especially for price. Clean and spacious Easy checkin and staff were very helpful Plenty of space , 3 full bedrooms with ensuites , kitchen and living room I was travelling w my family (2 kids) and plenty of space for us and our luggage Also had drivers accomodation and lift. Laundry was available sent out of house And was very good value for money There was a beautiful pool but it was too cold so we didn’t try it

No issues Heat pump was a little added extra cost but really wasn’t much
