A little bit of a musty smell Bedside lamps did not work as plugs on the lamps did nt fit and also same for hair dryers in two of bathrooms but one worked in third so was ok

Clean apartment and friendly staff

On first arrival, the apartment looks very nice and they had taken trouble to decorate it nicely for Christmas. Concierge is very friendly. It has a kitchenette and 3 ensuite bathrooms. It's a good size for 3 people.

This is an apartment in a block accessed from a rather unattractive underground car park which is misleading as, according to the advert, we were expecting an apartment in a hotel complex with all the attending facilities one might expect. There were no signs to the place, and it's difficult to find. It is not really what I would call luxury, and could be a nice place, except there are no laundry facilities in the apartment, no oven and NO HEATING (not as advertised) - at over 2,000m altitude, you need heating at this time of year! We were cold and had to cover ourselves up with a duvet when sitting in the lounge. In the mornings, the windows are running with condensation. It's superficially clean though behind everything and inside cupboards were not clean. There is no dishwasher so the kitchen equipment is not very clean. Only 1 teatowel was provided for 3 days. The waterproof mattress protectors are not breathable so I found it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The pool was not operational-this may be seasonal, though we were not informed. There is some kind of pump running under the middle bedroom which made it unuseable to sleep in due to the constant noise. Bathroom fans are noisy, one particularly so though this is not a huge problem. They only take cash payments. It's a good walk to the center.

The flat was generally clean on the first day.

The owner tried to cheat us by additionally charging for Heaters. He asked for 5000 per night for heating. When we showed him it's included the attendant started lying about loosing the key of the heater switch box, then lied that he lost the remote than said they were not working. After wasting an hour he gave us 2 portable heaters of which one wasn't working. When we said we won't check in he suddenly found the key and remote and the heater started working. He didn't want to give the entire apartment as we were only 4, so he did not switch on the heater on one. The other one was not working. So we had to manage with one room heater and a portable heater. There was no cleaning provided on the second day. Again looking for additional money. Also the OTT apps were not subscribed for though that was part of the inclusions. Of the 2 internet connections, one was was too slow and the other one was disconnected. The exhaust of one of the washrooms opens into the kitchen. Bringing bad name to the country by cheating tourists. Wouldn't recommend.
