Grand Winterberry - Lake View Luxury Residence

The location and the apartment were very good.

Although it’s a 3 bed room apartment we had access to only one bedroom . No cleaning of apartment for entire stay. No heater although it was cold. When enquired we were given a makeshift heater which worked for only 2 hours.

Please find the corrected version below: "I travel a lot, but this place is amazing! 👏 We all fell in love with this place. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay happy and memorable. Even Mr. Ranil and Mr. Babu were extremely kind and nice. They never say no and are always very positive. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. The housekeeping is excellent, and the price is reasonable. Thank you!"

Very close to the city and apartment is perfect. Free and unlimited WI-FI available.

No restaurant as written. The pool didn’t work.

1 It is hard to find the place. No Signboard there. Couple of times went here and there and ask one person ( Who didn't know) 2 No Tea /Coffee facilities ( Please keep some tea and coffee bags there because It is hard do find a shop close by.)
