Clean and spacious.

The apartment was advertised as having 3 bathrooms, and it only had 2. The hot water system wasn't working on arrival, and despite numerous attempts to contact the owners/managers, nothing was done. The phone number didn't take incoming calls. The WhatsApp number to message on wasn't recognised. We had to contact them via the Booking.com app, and they responded slowly with unhelpful comments like, "we'll get someone in ASAP." After 4 days, we still had no hot water, and no effort had been made to fix it. The crockery was dirty, and we felt this was probably due to the previous guests also not having hot water. There was 1 electric shower in the ensuite, so all 3 bedrooms could use that, but not ideal and not what we paid for.

love the flat as it has 2 bedrooms both on suite.Also nice to have secure off street parking. Easy walk into Loughbor ough town

Beds are very hard

Sometimes neighbors frequently going in and out smoking on the front yard.
