Tired , tatty apartment with damage and bad repairs

Safe area, washer and dryer, perfect size for my husband and I

All of the multiple codes to get on and in the property were confusing, it took a while to figure it out, getting into the flat directions didn’t say you had to punch in first number twice.

Very well presented apartment, clean and comfortable. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in bottles in the shower and hand soap at the sink. Washing up liquid, sponge and cloth also very helpful. Bed very comfortable, towels and a tea towel were supplied. Free parking and wifi were a bonus.

The neighbours who could not close a door quietly..

The facilities were adequate and I prefered staying here to a hotel. There's more room, privacy and and flexibility at the apartment.

There were leakages from the roof, but with some scafolding in place, I ssumed they're trying to sort that out. The worst part was that there was no plug in the bathroom washing sink and the hole was unsightly. Couldn't look down the drain while cleaning my teeth or hands. A bit of cleaning down the drain or simply covering it with a plug could save guests the mess. Checking in online this time around was such a hassle, but I suppose it must have been a temporary issue

Nice size accomodation with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Nice to have both bedrooms with on-suite. Plenty of room for 4 people in lounge area to sit. Good to have secure off street parking

Stayed in same accomodation last Christmas and heater in 1st bedroom toulet wasn't working and still the same. This was reported.

This was a very convoluted check in process, we had to provide passports with a selfie which is strange for an apartment in Loughborough. The worst part of the experience is that we provided our car registration as requested for a parking permit and were given the entry code to the private car park. After staying there we have received 2 parking charge notices for £100 each. Sav apartments are refusing to take any responsibility for not issuing a parking permit as they were supposed to and are now ignoring us completely. I could go on but won’t as there are other reviews that people can refer to. Avoid & choose somewhere else.
