SAV Apartments Clarence Street-Loughborough

Noisy cause of location , outside of flat had roof leakage had water on floor in front door . Clearly were told car park per one car is free still received parking ticket for the issue I asked and were told it would be fine .

It’s secure and spacious.

Stains on the ceiling. Some dust noted on skirting. Light in hallway not working. Radiator in kitchen/lounge not working (host brought a portable heater as soon as this was reported).

Apartment was extremely clean!!!!!

You can only stay here if you send them a photograph of the front and back of your ID, a selfie and information about every member staying at the apartment. This was not made clear when booking and you cannot get your money back. We were mis sold this.

The hotel was not clean and noisy. Additionally, I frequently needed to contact the staff to address various issues. Despite their assurances that someone would be sent to resolve the problems, I waited over 24 hours without any assistance.
