Good location and in a quiet area.

The stairs up to the 3rd floor apartment are narrow and very steep. This would not suit families with young kids in pushchairs, the very old or disabled. The apartment is described as luxurious, which it is not. It would be better described as having character. It could do with a thorough clean and a lick of paint. The kitchen cutlery, crockery and cups and saucers were all mismatched and did not look enough for maximum occupancy. There was no draining board. Various items left in the apartment made it look like a student had just moved out. Electric cables running across the living room floor with masking tape on was a hazard that I'm surprised was allowed. Expensive for what it was.

Havana Loft was such a wonderful discovery. It was super clean and cozy, making it the perfect spot for exploring Philadelphia. We were close to all the historical sites and had no trouble getting around. We enjoyed our stay.

I needed to make a last-minute booking due to a business meeting I had to attend in PA. The host was very responsive, even though I reached out at the last minute. The place is cozy, neat, and I will definitely come back again. I’ll also recommend it to my coworkers who need a place to stay for a few days in PA.

Great value! The space was clean, and had everything I needed. A perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely book again.

My first time visiting Philly, and I came to work on a research paper about historic sites around the city. This unit was perfect it’s close to many of those places, making it super convenient. The space is comfortable, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the host was very attentive, always checking in to see if I needed anything or if there were any issues. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.
