The location

Everything, inside of the property was very old and dated, futon and one of the couches is being held together with multiple pieces of tape. Long extension cord running from the kitchen into living room. Wood floor needs retouching, doors and wall are dirty. There was unnecessary items in home ( golf clubs, weight bench, old not working tv) the top piece of the microwave is missing. For the price I was very disappointed,seems like the host hasn’t put any TLC into this particular home for quite sometime. The bathroom is remodeled but that all this place had to offer.

Pretty good location in old city, walkable locations

Not pristine- mismatched towels, no washcloths provided, quarter bottles of unlabeled soaps, etc. Hallway smells like urine. Urine smelling stain on the sheets. Photo attached.

Location, in downtown Philadelphia was good.

There were 2 beds, the one I slept in had a thinner harder, terrible mattress that caused me lower back pain, not great when planning to walk around the city. It was luck (I could have slept in the better bed), but as the paying customer in the group, I was not amused. While the loft was OK, it does not match the photographs at all, again, location is not bad, but temper your expectations

Bright, clean, and well equipped apartment located in Old City. Perfect for easy access to major tourist attractions in Philadelphia.

It is a walk-up with 4 flights of stairs and no elevator! Not advised if you have a lot of luggage or mobility problems. Customer service isn't the best. The TV remote wasn't working and wasn't replaced for our entire stay. There were some mix ups on other requests.
