The Havana Lofts

We had a quick vacation with friends and instantly fell in love with the place because of its charming vintage vibes. Although we initially had some concerns about parking, we opted to use the paid parking garage nearby to avoid any hassle since it just $35 I think and it turned out to be a good decision. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was cozy, the location was convenient, and the price was very affordable. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another relaxing getaway!

The location is perfect close to all the tourist spots, with great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The price is reasonable for the unit. It has a charming vintage vibe, which my wife and I love, so the place was perfect for our vacation. We will definitely be back again

Las gradas de ingreso. Muy largas y angostas. El departamento no estaba muy limpio, encontramos cucarachas. No se encuentra en buen estado, se nota que es antiguo. No es similar a las fotos

I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately i wasn’t able to leave a good one. The property was not what we expected. I don’t even know where to begin. It is a very old place. It had very old and dirty furniture, the bed in one of the rooms was broken, not broken as to not be able to sleep on it, but still, would’ve been an easy fix and would’ve looked much nicer. The floor at the place is very old and very squeaky. It looks like it’s been there since the place was built. One of the bedrooms looks like it wasn’t initially a room, but was turned into one later on, it was probably part of the living room or perhaps living room and balcony. Because it wasn’t a room initially, or even if it was, it doesn’t have an A/C vent so the room gets very hot. The sofa in the living is very hard, might need some additional mattress or some cushion, my back hurt from sleeping on it. Also, the appliances provided were old and dirty. I took some pictures of those. Although the place is in a good location, we didn’t feel comfortable at all, especially given the price paid.

My friend recommended this place when I was looking for somewhere to stay in PA for a short trip. I was searching for a budget-friendly but nice unit, and she said she had stayed here before and absolutely loved it. The unit has a cozy, homey vibe and leans more towards a vintage style so if you’re someone who appreciates that kind of aesthetic, you’ll probably love Havana Lofts too.

What a great first experience in Philly! I felt lucky because the unit's location was perfect for hitting all the tourist spots it made everything so easy and convenient. Inside, the accommodation was both clean and comfy, which was exactly what we needed. I admit I didn't read the check-in instructions carefully, but the host was super responsive, and we only had a minimal delay (just a minute!) in getting the access code.

The property was pet friendly, conveniently located, and had a fully functional kitchen. There was also a laundry room in our unit.

The location is great. The loft itself is spacious and clean. As a group of 5 plus 1 dog, we were pretty comfortable. My dog is usually unsettled and nervous in hotels, but staying here he seemed to feel more at home and comfortable as well. Good areas nearby to walk your dog, as well as some pet-friendly businesses. Communication from the host was great, very detailed and responsive.

The parking situation sucks, but so does most parking around the city. The steps to the loft are small and steep.
