Apartamento Villa Laura

Die Unterkunft Villa Laura hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und mit 4-Personen hat man genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Ein privater Parkplatz steht direkt vor der Türe zur Verfügung. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, wenn man sich auch selbst verpflegen möchte. Sehr familienfreundlich und komfortabel. Fußläufig sind Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants erreichbar. Anfang Juni wenig los und sehr ruhig.

Ein paar Ameisen gelangen immer wieder über das Fenster in die Küche, aber dem kann man Herr werden.

The villa is fantastic, really clean and comfy, has everything you need. The complex is very quiet and well maintained and the pool is a matter of meters from your door! The outdoor space at the villa was excellent too.

Nothing! We loved everything about the villa. I would caution that the villa is a 10-15 minute walk to the marina which was fine for us but may be a struggle for those who find walking an issue.

Everything was great

L'appartamento è inserito in un residence un po’ datato, ma pulito e ben tenuto. La pulizia dei giardini e della piscina viene effettuata quotidianamente. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e dotato di tutto il necessario.

L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato con tre ore di ritardo, senza nemmeno una scusa da parte dell'host, che si è limitato a giustificarsi dicendo che era alta stagione – cosa che ci ha causato un notevole disagio. In compenso, ci è stato concesso un check-out posticipato di due ore. Nel bagno al piano terra non funzionava la ventola, quindi per areare l’ambiente eravamo costretti a tenere aperta la porta d'ingresso, il che è stato piuttosto scomodo. L’appartamento, pur essendo funzionale, è un po' datato, con arredi vecchi, in particolare nella camera doppia al piano terra. Nonostante sia ben attrezzato, consiglierei di aggiungere qualche padella in più. Personalmente, ho trovato l’ambiente un po’ triste, ma si tratta ovviamente di una percezione soggettiva.
