I like the internal design, drinking water and everything was clean. The Kitchen has everything you need, including a blender for your smoothies 🥤🥤

The property was spacious and secure I felt safe. Flo was helpful and on hand for all needs. she brought be a dryer even helped me arrange my bag, beautifully warm welcoming.

The host was wonderful, answering all our questions! The apartment is very cute and clean, also you have everything to prepare food yourself. Rent bikes from the supermarket near by to explore the town :)

During the day it's hot, luckily it got chill during the night, but everything is always moist, which is of course part of staying in such humid area.

Modern and comfortable studio. Cosy place, with a couch and little terras. It's a little walk to Puerto Viejo and the road is not ideal, but you can go from the beach :). Very relaxed stay, pura vida

The host (person working for the owner) was very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs and requests - he responded quickly. The location was also ideal. The setup of the house was also very nice.

The actual owner (not host) of the property was quite rude. One night, the power went out and water was unavailable. Instead of offering a solution, he was dismissive and asked us to "adjust to his lifestyle". The fan was not working, nor was there AC and he said to us "no one has complained about this in 10 years". There was also a cat that kept trying to come into our unit, and instead of offering a solution, all he said was "I cannot kill my own cat". In the washroom, there was no exhaust nor was there a shower door so the water spread everywhere and there was a moldy smell that lingered throughout the washroom every time we showered. There was no air conditioning in the unit either, and the floor of the unit was very dusty.
