Unable to access key for 15 miniutes due to rust, caravan really damp inside , bedding smelt .mouldy, toilet leaked and floor rotted, unable to have hot water or use cooker as no gas , messaged owners but didnt do anything. Me and wife slept in our camper van. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Location perfect and good value for money

- Location & surroundings were perfect. - Caravan had everything we needed for our stay (we'd like a freezer to be there, but again, we worked around it and it didn't bother us at all). - Kitchen had a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster & air fryer! - It was warm inside (heaters provided). - Beds & beddings comfy and warm! - Very clean and cozy. Yes, it was a caravan and probably the moisture is there, but it's England & it being a caravan. It didn't bother us at all. - TV (Netflix provided), we had to learn how to work the TV, as it took a little patience, but once it was working, it was great! - Shower had a great pressure & was warm (yes, a couple times it went a little cold, but we'd just wait few seconds and the hot water arrived again. It didn't bother us at all, we actually enjoyed the showers!). - We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for having us!

Geräumige Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Das Kochgeschirr schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön zum sitzen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und konnten mit dem Rad Ausflüge machen. Nach St. Michel Mount nur 30 min. Und nach St. Ives ca. 1,5 Stunden.

Die Türen klemmen etwas, das WC ist sehr eng. Die Waschbecken sind sehr klein.

The location was fantastic, the site were very helpful

The caravan was very old, the toilet floor was rotten, the shower floor rotten, the smoke alarm is out of date, the fire extinguisher still out of date after last serviced 6 years ago. The boiler is hot or freezing cold, there is no last service date on the boiler. The caravan is now past it's sell by date.

Location is good and quiet.

We moved out two days earlier, and unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. We found the condition of the caravan to be extremely unsafe and not suitable for renting. There was a strong smell of mould throughout, and the mattresses were heavily stained with mould and appeared deformed due to age. The shower was also particularly difficult to use. While we eventually managed to work around it, having to turn the main tap on for around 30 seconds every few minutes just to maintain hot water is not what we expected. Additionally, all of the kitchen items, including knives, glasses, and plates, were dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. Overall, the experience did not meet acceptable standards, and I felt it was important to bring this to your attention.

Very comfy place. Good value and great location.
