"I wasn't expecting miracles in a last-minute booking. But I did expect minimal cleanliness."

The room was available on short notice.

The room was incredibly dirty. There were sunflower seeds scattered about and the carpet was very dirty. There was an air circulation vent in the floor that had some unidentifiable but alarming gunk visible in it. Even for a low price (but far from the lowest—I had just stayed in an Airbnb place that was half the price and spotlessly clean, plus had its own bathroom, whereas this one was a shared bathroom.

"Recommend for a short stay with low expectations."

Good location (close to the university) and a nice bathroom. Good WIFI. Easy check-in (password).

Very small room, with no working window. Not very clean. No place to eat. No desk. Only to go for a night or two ;)

"the bed was comfortable, the carpet needs to be pulled up immediately other then that the stay was ok"
