Location, the room size and quick responses from the owners.

No access to the kitchen, was only given one set of towel and wash rag for 3 days which 93 degree . When I asked for another set of towels and wash rag there was a $5 fee for extra towels and rags when there was a 93 degree weather the day I asked for the towel and rags. There was a TV in the room but it had no remote. When I asked where was the remote? The owners informed me I didn't pay for that service....I thought the tv came with the purchase of the room. It's ok to say I have to pay for the TV amenity but to have the TV in the room just sitting there with no remote seems dumb and insulting. Access to the TV should always be included with the room especially if you have it already placed in the room.
