Oui on Ludlow - Entire House and Private Rooms in University City

Late check-in. We loose 1h30 waiting in front of a closed door in the cold because our check-in was too late. We had to leave somewhere else waiting for the door code. End up loosing more than 3h30 during the day.

The carpets are very old and dirty and the room is very small

The location is quite easy to found. But it has a bad smell and it is very dirty.

The bathroom is still clean. There are restaurants close to the proerty. The price is relatively low.

The bed and sheet are NOT clean enough. The carpet is dirty. The sink in the bathroom was blocked so that it took a long time to have water going down. The room is too small and the description about the size is incorrect. Only a bed is available in the room, almost nothing else. NO table or chair so that I could not use my desktop computer to work in the room. No TV. The passcode to the wifi is extraordinary long. The voices from other rooms can be heard.

Close to the metro. Host is reactive. Quiet at night. A plant was growing through the bathroom's window and the blinders. Unusual! There is AC. Cheapest room in Philly.

Very dusty, I had to clean and dust myself. The carpet in the hallway needs a thorough shampoo. AC is loud. WiFi does not work. I am allergic to dust. Linen is very used.

It felt shady that the Host required an additional $100 security deposit fee minutes before I arrived and wanted the access code information. The property was run down and I saw a huge bug, which resembled a cockroach, (Host called it a water bug when I sent a picture of it) scuttling on bathroom floor. Carpet and towels stained and dingy. You can get a cleaner and much better booking for the same price range.

The check in & out procedures and security process was great. The room itself was bigger than i though. I used my own bedding sheets and bath towels so i don't know if they were clean or not. The bathroom was clean and seems to be recently remodeled. Room with A/C. Great price. I've got my deposit refunded 4 days after my checkout. (I recommend everyone to take checkin & checkout pictures just in case). Responsive team through chat. Hot shower.

the fournitures were very old, dirty and with marks of coffee cups, they definitely needs to be replaced or at least repainted. The room was dirty, marks on the carpet, A/C dirty. Didn't provide garbage bags, we stayed there for 2 nights and we wanted to empty it multiple time but there was just one.
