I took photos of bugs crawling on our pillows and bed. The rugs smell and are filthy. I stayed here before and made the same complaints last time. I would have thought you would have rectified these problems by now, but apparently NOT!

everything they did not tell me it would be a deposit fee and because i paid money for the room and did not know about the deposit fee i could not get into the property a refund to this account would be very nice please and thank you

I was visiting a friend and needed a place to stay and gave it a shot, was very happy. Rob is a great guy, polite and made me feel safe with the way he responded. The beds are a cool style, very comfortable, ac works great and the LOCK ON THE DOORS ARE SAWEEEET! First timer with this and glad I picked this place on Ludlow.

Negative is the parking, finding a spot is a pain but it's the city life.
