Лестница с неудобными узкими ступенями. Отсутствие пульта ду от кондиционера. В санузле очень скользкая плитка.

Good big apartment in perfect place, near the Marjinasvili metro. Silent district. Everything you need is 5-10 minutes walk. Хорошее место, тихий двор, до метро Марджинашвили 5-10 минут. Все что нужно есть в пешей доступности.

Комфортное и уютное жилье. Есть все необходимое. Отличное расположение. Очень добродушные хозяева😊 Если будем еще в Грузии, то снова забронируем❤️

Лестница на 3 этаж. Тяжело было поднимать чемоданы. Слабовато освещение в комнате.

This apartment in Tbilisi was a true gem for my solo trip. Located on a peaceful street right in the city center, it’s the perfect balance of quiet and accessible. The apartment itself is warm, inviting, and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the large window with a view of a classic Tbilisi courtyard—authentic and inspiring. It was a great spot to work, relax, and take in the city’s atmosphere. For digital nomads or couples who enjoy a peaceful, cozy home base, this spot is ideal. Overall, I really loved my time here. It’s not perfect, but it’s full of charm, character, and calm. I even made a drawing inspired by my stay (see pictures). Would definitely recommend for travelers looking for authenticity and a quiet retreat in the heart of the city.

Not really dislikes—just a few things to keep in mind. The apartment is on the third floor, and getting there involves navigating some non-standard stairs. The first part is metal, the upper part is wooden and it a bit uneven. I got used to it by the third day, but I can see how it might be tough for older travelers or anyone with mobility concerns. Also, the kitchen and bathroom are quite basic—functional, but not luxurious. You’ll find what you need, but manage expectations if you’re looking for high-end finishes. Lastly, while the door lock felt a bit flimsy (see pictures), I personally felt secure the entire stay. The courtyard is only accessible to residents, which adds a layer of safety.
