It was very good and kind host who explained us everything from beginning,we stayed 10 days almost , we did not have any problem with internet,air conditioners, or something else, apart from that i did not book last day , i mean missed but he helped us to stay one day more , he is very helpful generally when you ask something

Nice and clean self contained apartment. Koba was always available if required. Short walk to either of two train stations, the Metro is an easy to use and understand system. Supermarket plus other small shops close by. A magnificent church not far up the hill with excellent views to the city. Seems a good and safe neighborhood

Be wary of the local dogs

We stayed 2 nights in the apartment and we had a very pleasant stay. You have everything you need, the owner is super nice and he helped us with everything! Thank you!!

Amazing place with best host. The owner Mr, Koba keeps checking if all is good with guest and if need anything. Location is old tiblisi vibes. Good for friends who like to travel together. Bolt is easly located in this area.

The apartment has everything you need, including pans, pots, cutlery, dishes, a hairdryer, an iron, and heating. The area is not noisy and is close to the beautiful Old Tbilisi. Last but not least, the quality-price ratio is very good!
