Great location, Koba is very nice. Bed is comfortable, the apartment had everything I needed for a short stay.

the property is nice and clean. the location is near a 24hr spar as well as a few local markets. the old town is not far away (maybe a 15 min walk)

maybe a drawer to put the cutlery in but other than that everything is very nice.

it was a very nice and calm place. Perfect for families. 7-9 minutes drive from main Tbilisi square.
