Zoe by halu! Lovely Penthouse in the center

Loves: 1) Location was absolutely outstanding. You could not ask for a more central or more convenient location! 2) Being on the top floor meant it was super quiet at night despite the bustling nightlife all around. 3) Apartment was spotlessly clean. 4) Communication with managing agency was excellent. Key pick-up was 100% hassle free. 5) The kitchen was well-equipped. I greatly appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer! 6) The Apartment was beautifully decorated. It had the largest, most comfortable couch I have ever had the pleasure of sitting on - I honestly wished I could have taken it home. 7) The outdoor balcony space is massive and a great place to unwind. 8) There is a supermarket a mere few steps away from the street entrance. Perfect for stocking up on water, wine and snack provisions!

Main Dislike: 1) that there was no air-con units in the bedrooms themselves. This unfortunately meant that the bedroom doors had to remain fully open at night in order to let the cool air in. This was a shame since it negated the privacy and sound dampening that two separate rooms normally affords. Minor Niggles: 1) That the bed/mattress in one of the rooms sloped down towards the end of bed. Not sure what happened there (bed frame smaller than mattress perhaps), but sitting on the edge of the bed was quite amusing. 2) The WiFi although fast, weirdly did not seem to reach the bedroom at the end of corridor - perhaps a repositioning of the router may help with this? Accessibility: Last but not least, the stairs up to the apartment. Be warned that there are A LOT of them. We counted around 100 and they were sort of the steep spirally kind. There is no lift and it is on the top floor (4th). Unless you are undertaking some sort of strongman/strongwoman Olympic training, I would not even attempt to lug any heavy or large suitcases up there. In total fairness to them, the management agency did ask me several times if we knew about the stairs, asked if we could manage them, and even offered to move us if we couldn’t. We absolutely could manage them, but then again we only had backpacks and one mini cabin suitcase. The heat and humidity of the stairwell did make the daily ascent/descent a bit of trial, but at least it meant we got to work off the many ice creams we’d consumed during the day. If you can manage it though, the apartment payoff is more than worth it.

The penthouse was amazing. We were genuinely impressed. The minimalistic design felt modern, clean, and very welcoming. When you enter, the large, spacious living area with the dining table is right in front of you, making it easy to settle in and place your things. The kitchen next to it is fully equipped with everything you might need. The living room is big and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and chatting with friends. The bedrooms were also spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was especially happy to see the statue of a French bulldog, I have one myself, and the Marshall speaker was a fantastic touch. We connected our music and enjoyed it a lot. A big plus for all of us. The highlight, though, was the huge terrace. We fell in love with it the moment we stepped outside. It became our gathering spot every morning, afternoon, and evening before heading out into the city. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the center of the city, just steps away from Aristotelous Square. Everything you need is nearby: stores, pharmacies, coffee bars, and bakeries. We parked our car in a parking lot just around the corner, which was very convenient. It’s only about a 10‑minute walk to Ladadika, where all the tavernas and restaurants with local food are located. We especially loved the specialty coffee shop right across the street, which was ideal because some of my friends are serious coffee lovers. There’s also a bar right next to the building if you want to enjoy a drink before heading to bed. The location is truly a 10 out of 10. This is the second time we’ve booked through Halu on Booking, and we will definitely continue. Their customer service is excellent, very helpful, and the apartments they provide are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All four of us highly recommend it. Thank you.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations, and the overall experience was very positive. If we had to mention something, it would only be small details that didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we were fully satisfied.

Fantastic apartment with the perfect location! We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment was lovely and more than lived up to our expectations – it was spacious, very clean, and it was a nice touch that it was warm and cozy upon our arrival. The location is absolutely perfect! You are right in the heart of everything with a short walking distance to the main sights, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping. It is also very convenient that there is both a supermarket and a delicious bakery just around the corner. Communication from the host was smooth and clear. Also fast respons upon requests. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and central base in the city. We would love to stay here again!

It was not a problem for us, but the appartment is on 4th floor with no elevator, so just to be aware off. Parking is also a Challenge, but the host recommended a parking house very close to the appartment and with a discount, so not really an issue.

Beautiful apartment

The 4th floor without an elevator in an old building with circular stairs had to be emphasized in the description, its scary to climb a sutcase.the double bed in one of the bedroom is too small for two adults

Clean, spacious and good interior.

We were informed that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is on the fourth floor but the stairs were very steep and long, to the point that it can easily be said that climbing them feels like going up to the 6th floor.

Καθαρό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Πολύ άνετο και καλόγουστο, στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο όλες οι κοπέλες ήταν πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν για όλα!! Η κυρία Εσμεράλντα ήταν η κυρία που καθάρισε το δωμάτιο μας και είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι διότι ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα!!

Αρχικά θα μπορούσε η είσοδος να είναι λίγο πιο προσεγμένη αν και για αυτό δεν ευθύνονται μόνο οι ιδιοκτήτες τους διαμερίσματος. Δεύτερον αν και το γνωρίζαμε όταν κάναμε την κράτηση είναι η έλλειψη ασανσέρ ενώ το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τέταρτο όροφο!! Τέλος δεν είχε τοστιέρα ενώ υπήρχε το κουτί της!
