Carihuela park palace

Location

Aircon made banging noise , beds were inadequate need renewing , overall appartment needs upgrading , pictures I first looked at was not was advertised yellow and green kitchen and looked alot more modern .Looks like I was fobbed off with owners cheaper one and changed the pictures on the site recently and only noticed whilst I was there, I've stayed on the same complex 5 years now and expected better for what I payed as other accommodation was alot better .

Good location to access the area. Plenty of storage space. No sun until the late afternoon/evening so apartment doesn’t get too warm.

Tired and in need of a makeover. Air conditioning dripping inside and out (water stains on the wall beneath in front room). General lack of cleanliness (black mould all over bath mat, kettle needs descaling, toaster had mouldy crumbs in it). Bathroom tap barely worked. Loose door handles.

Good location

We knew in advance, so no complaints, but the view from the balcony was street side rather than garden side.

What a holiday. Absolutely brilliant. So close to everything. The view from apartment was breathtaking. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. So much room. The grounds are well maintained. Everyone was so friendly. Will definitely visit again.

Pilar was an incredible host and so kind to us! We had a brilliant stay, and the apartment had all we needed. We've recommended to friends 🧡

One of us felt the bed was a little too hard, the other wasn't affected!

Booked the Airbnb apartment with Ivan at IVI real estate We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here lovely apartment with all we needed for a great stay and hopefully we will be back Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants There is a bar and restaurant on site which we used Great find for us

Great location-just a couple of streets back from the beachfront -lots of bars and restaurants nearby . There was a lovely pool area with sunbeds and beautiful gardens around it which were very well maintained. A small pool bar and the apartment block was gated which added to the security. The owner met us at the apartment with keys and showed us everything in the apartment. There was a large balcony with a table and chairs and also two sunbeds with comfy mats . We had friends staying nearby so went out quite a lot . A brilliant holiday and we would definitely go back to the same apartment.
