Locatie was goed.

- er lag nog glas in de douche van vorige huurders - slaapbank was kapot, onderstel van de salontafel moeten gebruiken om ervoor te zorgen dat het bed niet inklapte - niet voldoende bed en badlinnen, later na contact wel gebracht - weinig tot geen personeel. Personeel wat er was niet echt vriendelijk - Geen fatsoenlijk ontvangst- incheck of uitcheck.

El apartamento tiene buenas calidades

Esta mal mantenido, escalera rota, sofá cama roto, no pusieron sábanas para el sofá cama aún habiéndolo pedido , baños sin limpiar correctamente papelera del baño rota, y el hombre encargado de dar las llaves y estar en contacto con nosotros no contestaba en su momento, tardaba mucho en fin que menos mal que solo fue una noche.

The AC: When you keep up with the commitment of emptying the drainage bottles, the air conditioning works well. Without it, the flat would be intolerable. Location: We visited for Pride, so we wanted to be near the action and expected noise. However, on the few nights we chose to stay in, the noise level inside the flat was unbearable due to the window gaps.

Highly misleading listing. Advertised as a 3-bedroom, but it has only one real double bedroom. The rest consists of a glass-partitioned single bed area and an attic accessed by a dangerous, loose ladder that was completely unusable for four tall adults. The owner lumps multiple apartments under one listing using shared photos, making it a lottery as to what you actually get. Communication was non-existent; our emails were ignored until after checkout, and a broken key safe left four adults sharing one key for the trip. The flat is heavily neglected. It features exposed electrical wiring, an intrusive front door camera, a broken shower mount with scalding water spikes, and a faulty bathroom door handle that traps you inside. The AC is broken and drains into bottles you must empty constantly. There is zero privacy due to massive structural gaps in the glass bedroom wall. Basic amenities like toilet paper, soap, and clean ironing gear were missing or gross. To top it off, deafening noise from four bars directly below makes sleep impossible before 4:00 AM on weekdays or 7:00 AM on weekends.

La posizione era bella, non sapevamo solo che era un quartiere dove si festeggia il Pride. Ma cmq tutto bene.

Bisognerebbe fare più attenzione alle cucarachas, c'era una grande e poi piccole in cucina che si nascondevano sotto la caffetteria e tostapane. Il divano letto purtroppo era messo male quando si apriva non teneva la posizione.

La ubicación está en la zona de marcha de la movida LGBT,por la noche muchiiisimo ruido,escándalo, gritos de peleas que surgieron...no sé podía dormir El acceso de la urbanización es un poco complicado ,aunque está bien protegido por rejas El apartamento ponía que había cápsulas de café, infusiones...cortesía de la casa Me fui a hacer un café y ni un sólo sobre de azúcar, ni ningún té... El apartamento pone que son 3 habitaciones, pero una está integrada en otra y están un un nivel superior, hay que subir una escalera con peldaños pequeños, tipo litera,y al subir el techo es súper bajo..ideal para niños No era nuestro caso,que tod@s eramos adultos con cierta edad

It had wifi and the aircon worked

The noise of the clubs next door, everything was falling apart and needed cleaning and updating, stressful information on how to check into the property, only one key fob available between 4 of us, gate not working properly for the swimming pool, advertised 3 pools and only 1 open and freezing cold, lots of building work going on and left unsafe, nobody on site to complain to, cockroaches in the apartment hallway. Just awful.
