Hondeklipbaai is very remote, and Dogstone cottage is an oasis! The braai area is amazing. We received a warm welcome, and the host was very friendly and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We should have stayed here for longer, and I would advise anyone who goes to Hondeklip to stay at Dogstone Cottage for an extended period. The views from the cottage are breathtaking, and it soothed our souls to watch the sunset over the sea from the deck of the cottage. We will definitely come here again.
