Excellent service. Host called as we were en route to say we could get in as the clean was finished and also contacted us to check everything had been OK. Exceptional customer service! Property was clean and comfortable. Great value for money!

Well appointed, clean and comfortable

The location was great - perfect for an early morning airport flight and ideal private parking. The beds were very comfortable and clean. All the basics were provided.

It was a little dingy in places, stains on the sofa weren’t so inviting to sit on, and a radiator hanging off the wall in the bedroom (it’s only a couple of weeks off being a flooding disaster) plus the bathroom was a little less clean than I’d like. The surface was clean, they’ve done a nice enough job on the living/kitchen open plan area but it needs a deep clean - along with throwing away all the past leftover food and toiletries from previous guests.

Alp was exceptionally helpful before and for the duration of us stay. The flat itself is comfortable and has everything you need. it also benefits from being close to the airport (5 minutes in a taxi)

The only thing with the property that we found wrong was the cleanliness. Although it is clean on the service. we did find we had to clean the shower and kitchen wear before use.

Alp was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again!
