Contemporary Flat minutes from Airport & NEC

Easy parking, well equipped and spacious. This is my 3rd stay and I will visit again. This property offers fantastic value for money and the comms from the owner are excellent.

There's a few rough edges and the second bed is on the floor, as mentioned previously. However as I didn't use it, it didn't affect me.

Proximity to the NEC and parking.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the flat especially the bathroom and fridge. It was noisy and the mattress needs changing.

This stunning apartment offers a spacious, contemporary design with modern finishes that create a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere for visitors.

The location (close to local amenities as well as a maximum 10 minute drive to the airport), the apartment was clean, with all the necessary facilities available. Alp was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to access the property. I would highly recommend the property.

Could not fault the property.

Easy to use allocated parking and excellent Comms from the host. Facilities as described and it was all clean. There were even a few basic supplies in the kitchen.

A few tired areas that would benefit from a paint brush and the second bed was very low on the floor, although that didn't affect me as I didn't use it.

The apartment has a beautiful contemporary decor. Everthing you need for a 3 day weekend break. Condiments,coffee and tea making facilities. Easy to access.Over the road from a corner shop and chip chop. 3 of us were very comfortable there. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Alp is very amiable andnothing a problem. 🤩👌

The bathroom could do with alittle tlc but still very nice.
