"It was ok but wouldn’t repeat it. Not value for money."

The location was great for the NEC. Alp was very pleasant on the phone and gave me all the info I needed to get into the flat.

I’m afraid it was dirty. It looked and felt like it hadn’t had a good deep clean for a long time. Neither myself or my son felt we wanted to spend long in the flat because of it. The bathroom was the worst. The sofa in the lounge had dirty stains on it. The remote control for the tv was so dirty I didn’t want to touch it. There were NO mugs to drink tea from. Only 4 teeny tiny Japanese tea bowls. NO glasses either.

Everything else was good. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout.

Pillows were very flat and duvet very thin/light.

Great flat, only a short uber ride to the NEC. Clean, well presented with all necessary supplies ie, tea & coffee etc.

Even tho the directions are very precise & took to the exact location, there is no sign to name the building the flat is located in. We had to speak to another resident who confirmed for us.
