Flat was a tiny bit tired, could do with a bit of redecorating in places

The location was great for the NEC. Size, layout and facilities are very good. Comfortable, and communication from host was fab.

Bathroom was a bit tired.

The property was nice and clean with good heating and hot water. Plenty of resources for a habitable nights stay. Secure car park. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of communal space

Great value and space. The allocated parking is a real boon, as long as one of the neighbours isn't being cheeky and stealing it. I couldn't ask for anything more from the host as they give clear communications and are always ready to help.

Beds could be comfier and as I've said before, the one in the 2nd bedroom is on the floor, so I wouldn't want to use it.

Good location, private parking space, spacious appartment, very friendly and helfull staff.

The apartment is in the basement, when you open the window you can hear people walking around and cars from the street, the cleanliness was not 100%, dirty blinds, dust on the window sills... The bathroom is old. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping.
