I arrived early so the cleaners had the keys, but what has differentiated this apartment for me is how helpful and accessible the host is - I have always been able to contact him and he has always been extremely helpful. He walked me through the process of getting the keys, parking the car and entering the apartment. This makes a massive difference in helping me feel assured. Shower is extremely good - one of the best I've had in several apartments and hotels. Impressive facilities included - Netflix, Prime Video, other streaming. Location is excellent - Big Sainsburys 4 mins walk away, range of restaurants in the square, 10 mins walk to the station if needed, 15 mins walk to main CMK shopping centre. Sainsburys has an underground car park giving 3 hours free parking which is very useful when checking out and having a wander around.

The apartment was very nice, but the sofa had stains which the host might consider replacing or deep-cleaning. Bedroom was cold at night even though the rest of the apartment was relatively warm, we turned the radiator to full. Bedroom window does not stay open, might want to check the hinge. Might want to check the crockery, we only found 3 mugs. These things were minor and didn't affect our stay.

Location was great ,car parking easy ,kitchen lovely and well equipped apart from the nespresso machine! Not a fan as I have a dolce gusto machine. Big fridge and lovely power shower.

King-size bed would've been nice ,recliner sofa's too . A newer smart tv with access to more apps. Bathroom sink kept backing up while brushing teeth/shaving .
