I booked specific location that was advertised unfortunately i got completely different location and host did not see problem. I know that is some areas, but I pay and I expect to be what I chose at last some building. I chosen that place as have close parking where access i very limited not open gate 24h like there. Apartment from other side is extremely protected

Location great for supermarket and places to eat. Walking distance from train station. Excellent communication on how to access property

Nothing everything was great

didnt like having to go in underground car park my son came to help me with the lock boxes etc as i am an older lady and a tecno phobe Also there were some rough looking men who lived in the same block

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen really well equipped. The location was fantastic - everything a 10min walk away. Communication was 5 star too, with an email during my stay to make sure everything was ok.

The communal areas were really dirty, especially outside the back entrance with rats happily running around day and night. This was not the apartments fault but I feel the managing agents/free holder needs to rectify this as it would put me off staying in this block again.

Very clean and really lovely flat. I could happily live here as compact but has everything you need. Great view and excellent location. Responsive host.
