Property itself is great, brilliant location close to everything.

No TV in the bedroom & The staff. Extremely patronising, rude & rather unhelpful. Liked to make you feel stupid! My friends agreed! Checking in was a nightmare. There isn’t any customer service anymore. If you don’t have any signal then be prepared for issues checking in. We had to pay to park our cars in a completely different car park because Adam wouldn’t let us park in the very empty car park! Made the first day very stressful so sadly won’t be staying here again as there has been absolutely zero apology or any form Of communication from the property after making a complaint. Hope others have more luck!

The outside noise early hours of the mornings - group of 4 girls n sofa bed slightly small for 2 to share but had extra blankets ect

Really lovely place, clean and stylish. Great central location and all of the amenities provided. Comfortable furnishings and well looked after, it made for a lovely stay. Added touch of bottled water in the fridge and extra supplies in the cupboard.

Sofa bed not big enough for two people, however they did then bring us a blow up bed to ease that issue.

Everything was great so no complaints.

Everything was great except the key fb to get into the car park was not working but was no problem as the Host was on call and arrived very shortly after to rectify the problem. So very happy. Bed was a little small and could do with a TV in he room :)

Central location, quick walks from the train station and from shopping centres, right beside the Hub for plenty of food choices. Wonderful welcome for the F1 too with a welcome pack.

Quite hot, but part of that was us struggling to work the air conditioning, so not really a flaw of the accommodation.

Great location for exploring Bletchley Park and the National Computing Museum. Very handy to the train station and with loads of eateries around. Adam was our point of contact and provided quick comms. The apartment was comfortable.

Nothing that impacted on our stay specifically. The check in instructions need a little update with some new photos as the area has changed a bit since the photos were originally taken. The bathroom needed a little more attention in some of those harder to reach spots. The heating within the apartment block itself was intense (even with all the heating turned off in the apartment).

Really lovely clean and great location. Easy walk to central shops and tons of food places right outside. Host was fast to reply and very helpful.
