Location, clean, security

Lack of: Coffee- not enough for 2 people, Toilet paper-1 roll, Really??? No tissues!! Conflicting direction on check-out(book vs. email). We should not have to clean up after our stay. You pay $180 for cleaning,$150 linen services, why should we have to do it!!😡 Garbage take out, seriously!!

Location is excellent and it was very clean and super cute decor. When we had a parking question the staff got back to us super quick and were very friendly.

The water that was supposed to be in the fridge wasn’t there. They only had decaf coffee but luckily we happened to have some with us. The bed was too firm for our taste.

"Nice 3-night stay in St. Augustine."

Excellent location in the old section of St. Augustine. Within walking distance of all points of interest and restaurants. Pomar didn't have a breakfast option, however, there was a good breakfast restaurant a block away. Bathroom had a nice roomy shower. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom didn't have enough towel racks or hooks to hang clothing while showering. Could have used a box of Kleenex too.

Very nice! Clean and in a very good location in the historic area.

The only negative thing is no on site parking. You have to park in the main parking garage. This was a problem Saturday night when the parking garage was full.

"Very good"

The keypad was difficult to use, and we didn’t realize we had to lock the door of the room behind us or else the room stayed open. The one bed was comfortable, but the two pullout couches were almost unusable with springs popping out of them.

"Enjoyed our stay!"

Nicely updated and modern interior. Great location just off of the Old Town streets. Electronic Key lock system works great.

Difficult to get to the property by car at first because of one way streets. Public parking a few blocks away was good.

The location is great. Close to everything. Easy to get in and out. Clean. St Augustine was beautiful.

Didn't realize there was no parking. Thought there was a private balcony. Didn't realize there were multiple rentals with people coming in and out, thought I had rented a full upstairs.

"A wonderful short vacation in the heart of St. Augustine."

The location was worth what we paid. Amazing. The private balcony was the highlight of the stay. I would definitely rent this property again.

If I had to complain about anything it would be that the bed was too stiff for me and I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans. But that's not that big of a deal.
