The location was great! Had everything we needed for an extended weekend. If coming for Nights of Lights, I highly recommend getting to the parking garage by mid day. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great location for the property, close enough to everything in Old Towne.

Two items I would like to bring up: 1. Better detailed instructions on how to get to the property, our map was trying to take us down a one-way street 2. Explain the parking it was not bad we paid $20 to park, and keep the car there the entire time.

"Expensive but very nice and well located"

No breakfast served, but we were not expecting one. Would have been nice to have one, though we planned for using the kitchenette. Refrigerator should have been full-size. Coffee service was appreciated.

Did not receive door code until well after arriving. Took two or three phone calls to finally get one that worked. Parking is inadequate on site, but it was too hot to lug baggage from the parking garage blocks away. Also, the additional fees were way too high ("sheets"?!?). The total cost was more than twice the quoted rate.
