Pomar House

Location was excellent. Step out your door into the little cobblestone streets of St Augustine. Everything in walking distance. The restaurant downstairs was a unique type of place with Christmas carols playing and terrific food. Very pleased.

Parking situation isn’t the best, and I wish they had a little ottoman for putting your feet up when sitting on the couch…back pain is helped by that.

This place was magical. We came for Halloween. We loved how close we were to all the fun, yet in a place so quiet. The balcony was such a great place to sit with coffee in the morning also. I already have plans to come back for Christmas. The coffee shop downstairs is a Definitely a 10 out of 10.

I loved the location and how easy it was to get to where I needed to go. The styling is gorgeous and the cafe owner downstairs was as sweet as can be and made me feel very welcome.

The space was perfect and beautifully updated. It had everything you needed and was above the cutest Cafe called the Modern Rose Cafe. We were within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Truly an amazing place!!

It was perfect

Central located, but quieter than in the immediate downtown area. It is an easy walking distance to everything. The restaurant downstairs is absolutely fabulous.

No parking on the property, so had to use the city parking garage. But if you go in after 5 o’clock, it’s only five dollars and since the property is in such a convenient place you really don’t have to drive anywhere.

The place was very nice and clean. The location was perfect to get around.

When you walked in the place smelled like mildew/mold. I would not recommend this place to some with allergies issues. I had a horrible attack and was all congested stuffy whenever entering the facility and room. Although the beds were comfortable the comforter and pillowcases had a little dampness to them. There was no place to park your car and you had to leave it in the parking garage.
