Great location

Some noise and a broken hair dryer.

Door in apt 1 doesn't close properly so all the in and out til late at night with slamming the doors disrupted sleep

This was our honeymoon! The location is amazing. The staff is so wonderful by giving us a card, beverages and making sure our stay was unforgettable!! Thank you so much!

Absolutely loved the location. It is conveniently located near the historical downtown area. Everything was within walking distance.

The location was excellent.

Good location. Quiet for sleeping mostly. Private, no one came in our room while we were there.

The fridge froze our fruit. Something was beeping in the next room, all the time. Only noticed it when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise it was quieter than any hotel. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole week. Had to buy more from a store several miles away. Always had to move signs or trash cans to park in front of building to unload and load vehicle for the brief minutes allowed. Cost us $30 to park a couple of blocks away for the week.

Just adequate

This is the BEST location you will have for downtown St. Augustine. EVERYTHING is within walking distance from here. I stayed for 3 days and didn't need my car once. King bed was nice and clean, gigantic shower. The Pomar House also has a cute little kitchen. This is the place to stay. There is not a closer spot you will find. I was able to walk to all the stores, the Fort, the museum's, everything. I parked at the parking garage and paid only $20 for all 3 days. Next time I come back, I will be staying here if its not sold out by then!

My key pad to my door was dead so I was held hostage for a little over two hours and couldn't leave. I get things happen and batteries die. I just don't like how long it took to actually get a hold of someone. I had to call 4 times before finally speaking to the property manger who was very very nice and accommodating. He helped me get a key and I was able to just use a house key the entire time. I didn't mind that but wish I had it sooner.

Close to activity but far enough that you did not have the noise

Thought it was a bedroom with sleeper. In fact it was a studio.
