Everything was within walking distance from the studio. The host was very kind and prompt to respond to any questions we had. We were not in the least bit disappointed. My wife and I celebrated our 29th Anniversary of Marriage. The host was very kind to allow us to park in the driveway. I have severe neuropathy as well as severe arthritis. So parking at the parking lot becomes a challenge when trying to walk back and forth. It makes it less enjoyable but the host was very generous to us and accommodating. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The only complaint I have (no fault of the host) is that you have to park at the parking garage or a parking lot around the corner and that can cost anywhere from $15-$20, depending on the parking lot of choice. Note: If you have a disability placard or license plate, you are permitted to park for free there pending ID verification. In fact, there are even some public metered parking areas where you may park for free pending ID Verification. That was very nice.

Great location

Proximity to Historical District.

No general place to congregate I.e. central couch area to chat eat etc. Teeny tiny kitchen “table” with no room to spread out and commune. No dressers in bedrooms for clothes. Dishes are melamine so not able to put in microwave which is the only way to heat up food. Great shower.

The location is excellent for those wishing to stay in the St. Augustine Historic District. The room is comfortable and well designed to provide a cooking area, refrigerator and closet. Although having to walk to park the vehicle ($20.00 per day) was a minus, the venue as a whole is excellent.

Our only suggestion: not having hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or garment is unusual. We suggest this be remedied for future guests.

Lights didn’t work in the make up mirror. Not a big deal we were asked to drag out the trash cans. They were way too grubby to touch or we would have. Could have used a dresser
