Excellent location of the apartment. The atmosphere of the stay was amazing. Spacious accomodation even for more the for four friends.

Small issue with the shower head shall be fixed. Otherwise bathroom well equipped. Next funny “big fail” is not having even one cork opener in the kitchen (maybe it was stolen, already).

Very nice historic apartment, with parking, right at the entry of the city.

Sofa bed could use an upgrade, wifi was not great as well

The location is very convenient, just by one of the main gateways to the historical centre of San Gimignano,

The bathroom had a very small window that could not be fully opened and there were spots of mold on the walls and ceiling of the room by the bathtub. The charm of the old furniture and original clay tiles on the floor was ruined by the dust on top of them, unless that was there to bring a further touch of antique style. It is possible to park the car in the courtyard only for the time necessary to load/unload the baggage. The cost for the car parks, which can be found out of the city walls, is 20 euro/day. The staff, except for the check in, was not at the facility and it was not reachable over the phone when we needed them.

This is such an amazingly character filled and unique property!!! Literally- staying in the city walls- the hustle and bustle of the cobblestone streets of this medieval village was a really cool experience! The room was spacious ( loved the loft) and furnishings were nice. A kitchenette allowed the preparation of simple meals and the smart TV was nice to access American programming. The location is stunning!

No AC… I can imagine it’s not an issue during the cooler months but Italy in July made the lack of AC unbearable to sleep. I understand the hotelier can’t control the weather- and I’m aware many European homes don’t have AC so this is something they are acclimated too…. It was rough when you’re not acclimated. The fridge wasn’t very cold and might need replacing ( it was ok- just not great) and the hot water in the shower was spotty ( but the owner said he would fix. Despite a few discomforts if you come any other time than July/August this would be ideal.

Location is fabulous- right at the entrance to the old city at San Matteo gate. The bus stop opposite the gates has a tiny sitting area with a lovely view back across the countryside. It was lovely for sunsets

The Location was amazing, the room was spacious, and the courtyard was beautiful.

The location is near a restaurant which can get loud at night, the bed was hard, there was no wifi and no response from staff when I asked about the WiFi.
