Fattoria Guicciardini

We loved the location built right into the city wall! Very cool and unique. Our hosts met us promptly as we arrived and were very pleasant. They gave us very clear instructions on the gate for parking and the necessary information for our stay. They left us with a complimentary bottle of their own Vernaccia wine. They allowed us to use a washing machine so we could do a little laundry.They were especially helpful and brought us a scale as we needed to weigh our luggage for our flight home. We had a very nice stay.

We really have no complaints, although a small detail. We stayed 5 nights and an extra roll of toilet paper stocked in the room would have been nice. All in all, it was a very nice, clean place.

Good location in a beautiful town

We epected a washing machine in the appartment as per the booking.com advert. It turned out that there was only a washing machine on the ground floor in a small, cluttered room used by the owners for sheets etc The bed was unconfortable

A nearly 1000 year old apartment within the fortification wall of San Gimignano. Large 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen.

It was a bit cold, took two days to warm up those old walls.

Amazing apartment, 2 independent bedroom and bathroom, bug living room and comfortable kitchen. Huge fire place (that i've been ask if needed wood). location is perfect for a family but also friends holiday. just out of the ancient walls but no needs because everything is walking distance. Parking in the structure was excellent (15euro / day, less than public parking). Heaters perfect, hot water perfect, house is warm and cozy.

unfortunately the materasse were too soft.
