The advertisement was intentionally set out to scam. First and foremost, the address on the advertisement is not a real address, just a made-up address to pin the location on the map that it's at The Curve near 1 Utama. There is no such address as 16 Jalan 13/6, Bandar Utama!!!! When I requested a refund, I received an apology saying that I should have checked the location on the map which they sent through Whatsapp. In other words, I did not conduct my due diligence. Next, they want to contact me outside of booking.com to inform me to pay first. I was naive and did just that. Again, that was on me. Please do not be scammed by *SINAR RASA HOME (M) SDN BHD - PJ*. Finally, they requested a copy of my identification document. Fortunately, I refused. Otherwise, I am not sure what they would be doing with my document.

This advertisement was set out to scam. I called to discuss their false advertising, but was informed i should have used the google map to check the location instead of using the one provided by booking.com. The team hung up my phone calls twice. Subsequently, they did not pick up my calls. It's not the money but the principle and the intention to provide false information.

Spacious room. Easy to get food around that area.

The staff Zul was not very polite. Booking.com described the location as 0.1km from One Utama shopping centre when is not. Is quite far from One Utama.
