When I search the location in booking.com map, it show the accommodation iis beside 1 U shopping mall. But then is not. So is like cheating

Clean and convenient. Close to Paradigm Mall. Free Parking.

Self checking is straight forward but takes some effort.

Location with eateries nearby, eaay access to the unit from parking, beds are reasonably comfortable

Ridiculous policies - a) payment is not through booking.com b) they can cancel the booking any time and refund will take 7 to 14 days c) asking for scanned identity proof which is unsafe as here in Malaysia there are chances of misusing your identity for loans and many more stupid policies. There is no high speed internet and only 4G modem found which was not working during our stay. There was ironing equipment only for name sake which hardly heats up. I used hair dryer to iron my clothes. The ironing boad was in a pathetic condition. Pipes inside the only bathroom were unclean. Hand spray was malfunctioning and installed at the left hanf side. Blankets were very old and causing itchiness.

Took my money only to tell me that the room is unavailable and did not refund me immediately

Having a big and clean swimming pool. Staff is friendly.

They required to pay by cash. I prefer them to allow us to pay by credit card. The owner is very rigid, and not flexible in payment issues. It seems they are afraid that if I do not pay immediately upon check-in, I will run away without payment. This means they do not trust their clients.
