They cancelled my booking n informed me thru Whatsapp that it's fully book although it showed that my booking is confirmed in booking com. They claim that I didn't show up. It's ridiculous!!

had a very good stay. Felt safe all the time and very spacious.

Extra fees for cleaning not included in the price, also parking allocated was at B3 was a bit sketchy

The room was neat and there are basic necessities in the room like iron, hairdryer, microwave, kitchen etc thought i didnt have the chance to use em but the iron. The staffs were very quick to respond and it was a very easy check in and out.

There were bed bugs/mites all over my bed, I couldnt sleep a wink that night. I managed to kill at least more than 15 bugs big and small on one bed ive slept on. Imagine the other bed? I was bitten on so many times I had to sleep on the floor. It was very uncomfortable.

outright to mislead people by advising at the location Pacific Home Petaling Jaya @ The Curve, 1 Utama but entirely different place which is more than 5 km alway. Very disappointing. Wanted to cancel after paying the money but not allowing to. I urge booking.com should seriously remove such a listing and not misled others. I also had been contacting Booking.com one day prior to my stay there and kept me on chatbot without anyone calling me back. The upstair sink drainage also was leaking. Couldn't use the sink.

Space is very big , look comfortable.

But the socket with extension is not working and few socket only , and some facilities haven’t completed. And the door bell 🔔 is not working. One key only , so that is inconvenient. 😳
