"The apartment was comfortable and in a great location near the beach and train station."

The location was excellent, near the beach and the train station. The apartment was comfortable and really well equipped.

The dishwasher was small especially since the kitchen was so well equipped.

"Stay was very good but poor communication let this property down"

Location was excellent, very central and close to beach. No problem with parking. Great coffee shop across the road.

Communication with host was very poor. No code supplied for entrance and how to gain access. Emailed host prior to departure and got no response. It wasn’t easy contacting booking.com due to long wait to speak with someone.

The location was perfect. Just round the corner to the beach and the main street Attention to detail and everything was catered for So comfortable and homely

Guidance for parking would have been handy for new visitors and maybe a Whitehaven sign on the side gate
